Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a team member for its Villa Park, IL plasma center. You will screen donors, collect samples, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the center’s daily operations.

The role includes phlebotomy duties, medical history assessments, sample processing, and ongoing donor safety. Training and a collaborative environment are emphasized as part of the center leadership.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and collect samples per regulations.
• Greet donors and answer phones.
• Maintain filing system and purge records as needed.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and respond to reactions.
• Prepare units for frozen storage and assist with shipments.
• Provide training assistance to center management and staff.
