BioLife Plasma Services in Harwood Heights, IL seeks an Entry Level Phlebotomy Technician for a fast-paced, on-site training role. You will welcome donors, perform donor screening, and assist with phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

Responsibilities include donor vital signs, charting, and using our information system. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is helpful for donor interactions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• You answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
