Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy support in Villa Park, IL. You will greet donors, screen and monitor donor health, perform phlebotomy, and maintain donor records using our information system.

The role requires standing/walking for long periods and requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful; training is provided in center procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements following company procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
