BioLife Plasma Services in Villa Park, IL is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and manage donor charts while ensuring safety and high-quality donor care.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, are able to stand for long periods, and are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Glove use due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and staff.
• Maintain donor charts, records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
