The role emphasizes donor safety, accurate documentation, and high-quality plasma collection, with day/evening shifts and a focus on customer service. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 months in a medical setting, with training completed prior to independent duties.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of medical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Documentation of training prior to duties.

Aufgaben

• Execute plasmapheresis process by performing venipunctures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP and other regs.
• Maintain donor experience and service quality.
• Stock and replenish supplies and keep a clean work environment.
• Identify donors and maintain confidentiality per SOPs.
• Set up equipment and label units/samples accurately.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Monitor donor safety and plasma product quality.
• Calibrate and maintain plasmapheresis machines daily/weekly/monthly.
• Document machine logs and report unsafe conditions.
