Job summary

You will manage inventory control and collaborate with donors to address concerns while ensuring compliance across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

The role focuses on maintaining high-quality donor experiences, resolving conflicts, and driving operational excellence in a full-time center environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and drive operational efficiency.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure a positive donor experience.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events and drive process improvements.
• Perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
