Job summary

You will report to the Center Manager and oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality plasma collections while maintaining safety and compliance. The position emphasizes overseeing performance, scheduling, inventory control, donor relations, and handling non-conforming events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
