Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Control efforts and drive operational efficiency.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure a positive donor experience.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events and quality issues.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts to maintain smooth operations.
