Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is hiring for a production supervisor role in the Texas/Waco center. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee employees in the production areas, ensuring cross-training, safety, and adherence to quality standards.

You will also contribute to orienting new staff and supporting the hiring process. Responsibilities include monitoring training, reviewing quality records, leading production shifts, and coaching hourly staff on safety, operations,

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Frequent lifting and standing for long shifts are part of the role.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens; protective gear will be used.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area and motivate staff to meet performance goals while complying with quality standards.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
