Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching and standing for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and drive operational excellence.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure donor safety.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
