Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, part of Takeda, is seeking a full-time employee in Methuen, MA, to oversee the management of employees involved in plasma collection. You will lead efforts in inventory control, manage donor concerns, and ensure the well-being of both donors and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching required.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
