Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production and facility standards.
• Deliver high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Assess donor eligibility by vitals and testing per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions for safety and product quality.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; troubleshoot alarms.
• Collect, process, and store plasma and samples per SOPs.
