Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring for a role focused on determining donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing within a compliant facility.

You will ensure adherence to FDA SOPs, manage donor safety and confidentiality, and operate plasmapheresis equipment while maintaining accurate records and supporting QA activities. Some shifts including evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Spanish preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and conduct vitals testing and documentation.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms/adverse events.
• Collect, process, store plasma products and samples following SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness; manage supplies and biohazard disposal.
• Provide accurate recordkeeping and support QA with CAPA implementations.
• Mentor staff as a designated trainer and participate in continuous improvement.
