Takeda, through its BioLife Plasma Services center in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production-area staff, manage inventory control, and coordinate donor interactions. This role reports to the Center Manager and guides the daily operations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Pro-longed glove wear is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsabilités

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
