Job summary

CSL Plasma in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff. You will report to the Center Manager and ensure efficient donor flow while maintaining SOP compliance and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, conducting meetings, communicating performance expectations, guiding coaching, and assisting with training file maintenance and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain compliance with safety policies
• Strong communication and coordination with center staff and management

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff
• Provide clear instructions and conduct meetings setting performance expectations
• Coordinate staffing and ensure adequate coverage for donor flow
• Communicate performance feedback and conduct coaching as needed
• Assist in training file maintenance, performance evaluations, and staff certifications
• Support recruitment and selection of center operation staff
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system
• Promote safety and comply with HSE/OSHA policies
• Cross-train in multiple technical areas to meet business needs
