Job summary

CSL is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff in a fast-paced environment in Virginia. You will report to the Center Manager and ensure efficient donor processing while upholding SOPs, safety, and confidentiality.

The role requires advancing staff performance through coaching, conducting appraisals, and contributing to recruitment and training efforts. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations and staff per SOPs.
• Provide clear and consistent instructions; conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing; monitor attendance, overtime, and time card procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coach staff as needed; maintain training files.
• Assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff; promote policy compliance.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase donor retention where applicable.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system per SOPs.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality; promote OSHA/HSE compliance and audits as needed.
• Cross-train in all technical areas to meet business needs.
