Job summary

CSL is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff. You will ensure efficient collections, coordinate with Group Leaders, and maintain accurate donor data in the information system.

The role requires adherence to SOPs, OSHA/HSE guidelines, and confidentiality of center information. The position involves managing staffing, performance feedback, and potential recruitment support, with cross-training across technical areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in line with SOPs; provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing; monitor attendance, overtime, and time card procedures.
• Conduct error investigations and propose process improvements.
• Assist in performance appraisals and keeping training files up to date; support coaching actions as needed.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Promote compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support development and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.

Education

High school diploma or equivalency required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred
