Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor time card reporting, attendance, and overtime.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in recruitment, training files, and performance documentation.
• Promote compliance with SOPs, policies, HSE and OSHA. Maintain confidentiality of personnel and donor information.

Education
