Job summary

CSL Grand Junction plasma center is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily operations and staff, ensuring efficient donor collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and lead cross-functional activities to optimize workflow and safety.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and ability to coordinate staffing, training, and performance reviews. On-site work with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to communicate expectations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily center operations in accordance with SOPs and provide clear instructions.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times and ensure smooth processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing, monitor attendance, overtime, and time reporting.
