Plasma Center Operations Supervisor

Job summary

CSL is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage staff, ensure efficient donor flow, and maintain accurate data in the donor information system.

The role requires oversight of compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and performance coaching as needed. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of supervisory experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory leadership experience is required.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day operations and staff.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities and provide clear, consistent directions.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance, overtime, and time cards.
• Conduct investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist management with performance appraisals and coaching actions.
• May assist with recruitment and training records.
• Uphold company policies, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the information system.
• Cross-train in technical areas and other functions as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
