Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations, ensuring efficient collections and strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will provide instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations while advising management on employee relations and donor issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient collections.
• Provide instructions, lead meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and donor issues.
• Coordinate with Group Leaders to move donors efficiently and minimize wait times.
• Monitor time-card reporting, attendance, and overtime usage.
• Investigate errors and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with recruitment, selection, and performance feedback for staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support recruiting and marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
