Job summary

CSL seeks a Plasma Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma collection operations and supervise staff in a fast-paced setting. You will provide instruction, lead meetings, and uphold performance expectations while ensuring donor flow is efficient and compliant with SOPs and regulations.

You will partner with management on employee relations, monitor attendance and overtime, investigate issues, and assist with staff recruitment and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum of (1) year supervisory experience required with responsibility for overseeing the activities of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and escalated donor issues.
• Assist with donor movement throughout the center with Group Leaders to minimize wait times and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting procedures, attendance and utilization of overtime.
• Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Participate with management in recruitment and selection of center operations staff and provide performance appraisals and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
