Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk and stand for entire shift, with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; prolonged glove wear required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and drive operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
