Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification is necessary.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception are necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities for non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing.

Skills

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
