Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Supervisor to oversee production-area staff in a Henderson, NV plasma donation center. You will manage performance, coordinate schedules, and support donor relations while driving inventory control and process improvements.

Responsibilities include advancing Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced setting. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bloodborne pathogen precautions required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and drive operational tasks.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
