BioLife Plasma Services in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time Plasma Donor Screener to support phlebotomy operations. You will greet donors, screen, take vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Support donors across varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
