Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Hampton, VA, is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and phlebotomy support. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and help ensure safety and quality in donor interactions.

You will greet donors, screen and record vital signs, operate the Donor Information System, and assist with donor compensation. Our program includes paid training and a schedule that accommodates evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using approved procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
