Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure/certification in responsibilities area (EMT, RN/LPN)
• Responsible for donor eligibility assessment and medical history interview
• Familiar with plasma collection regulations and safety protocols

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility, consent, history, donation readiness, and testing results.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings or medical issues.
• Support vaccination programs and occupational health guidance; oversee incident reporting.
