Job summary

CSL is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and strict SOP adherence. The role reports to the Center Manager and focuses on directing activities, communicating performance expectations, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of supervisory experience, and the ability to manage staffing, training files, and donor data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in compliance with SOPs and provide clear instructions and directions.
• Facilitate donor movement throughout the center to minimize wait time and processing.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate and monitor attendance and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvements.
• Participate in performance appraisals and document coaching actions; assist with training files and certifications.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Adhere to and promote compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with development and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Understand policies related to hyperimmune programs if applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies and forms are available; comply with HSE/OSHA policies and audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor, and center information.
• Cross-train in all technical areas and other functions to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
