Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Plasma Center Operations Supervisor in Wilmington, NC. You will supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections, reporting to the Center Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining donor data integrity. You will support staffing, coaching, training, and performance reviews while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
• Experience coordinating staff and donor interactions in a center setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety, and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in compliance with SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait time and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor overtime and time card reporting.
• Conduct error investigations and develop process-improvement recommendations.
• Participate in performance appraisals and coaching; maintain training files and certifications.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic information system.
• Cross-train in all technical areas and other functions as needed.
• Overtime and extended hours may be required to support operations.
