Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations or donor issues and manage donor flow to minimize wait times.
• Ensure staffing levels meet center needs and monitor overtime and time-card reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date training files, assist with recruitment, and ensure SOP/compliance with policies.
