Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Facilitate donor movement and minimize wait time.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information management system and ensure compliance.
