Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Texas plasma center in Austin. You will supervise donor flow, ensure quality production, and maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.

The role requires phlebotomy and plasma processing experience, plus formal training responsibilities. You will work under the Center Manager to train staff and uphold documentation quality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise donor flow and ensure efficient plasma collection operations.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
