Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Texas plasma center in Austin.

You will supervise donor flow, ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, and step in for production staff as needed. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining clean facilities, documenting records, and coordinating with the Center Manager to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certifications as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and production staff as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Attend trainings and meetings; ensure accurate documentation of records.
• Submit timely reports to the Center Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff.
• Help keep the center clean and equipment in good working order.
