Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Savannah, GA to oversee plasma center operations and donor flow. You will ensure adherence to FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP standards, supervise production staff, and maintain accurate records. The role requires training staff and coordinating with the Center Manager to meet company objectives.

As part of Grifols' global healthcare team, you will uphold safety, quality, and donor satisfaction while managing reports and equipment maintenance on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified in phlebotomy, donor processing, plasma processing, and as a designated trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all plasma center tasks and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and manufacturing records to high standards.
• Attend required training and meetings, and document records thoroughly.
• Maintain clean facilities and equipment in good working order; assist in reports.
• Train new employees and support center management in achieving objectives.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation; communicate safety concerns.
