Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor flow and supervise production employees.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Assist Center Manager with training and in tasks to meet company objectives.
