Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Ocala, FL, to oversee donor flow, production tasks, and center operations. This role requires maintaining compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP guidelines while ensuring documentation accuracy and safety across the plasma center.

The supervisor will work under the Center Manager to uphold production standards and deliver timely reports, training new staff, and coordinating with other service areas to support Grifols' objectives.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomist certification required.
• Donor/Plasma processing certifications required.
• Typically requires 4 years of related phlebotomy/donor/plasma processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and production tasks, ensuring continuous center operation.
• Maintain familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs; enforce compliance and safety.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records; submit timely reports to Center Manager.
