Job summary

The CSL Plasma Center in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and work to enhance donor flow and overall center performance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating donor movement, maintaining training records, and supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing donor center operations.
• Ability to communicate performance expectations clearly.
• Willing to work overtime and adhere to SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Coordinate donor movement to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime.
• Maintain up-to-date training files and assist with evaluations.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with SOPs.
