Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Center Operations Lead for its Plasma Donor Centers in Mobile, AL. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee staff, ensuring production goals and cost targets are met while maintaining regulatory and quality standards.

You will participate in staff selection, train teams, and drive performance feedback, while ensuring safety and adherence to all applicable rules. You will rotate through donor-floor roles and deliver strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, extended periods, and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required; mobility for entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff
• foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance including initiating disciplinary action
• ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, safety, and company-specific rules and practices
• participate in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports for management
• work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service
