Job summary

CSL Plasma in Jacksonville seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and compliance with SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate with group leaders to minimize donor wait times.

You will supervise, train, and coach employees, participate in performance appraisals, maintain training files, assist with recruitment, and promote safety and quality across all center activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing others.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient collections and adherence to SOPs.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Assist in recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations; maintain training files and certification status.
• Promote safety, confidentiality, and OSHA/HSE compliance; cross-train in other functions as needed.
