Job summary

CSL is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs. The role reports to the Center Manager and involves coordinating with group leaders to optimize donor flow and processing.

The candidate will supervise staffing, handle performance feedback, assist in recruiting, and ensure ongoing training, safety, and compliance with all policies. Bilingual skills may be required by the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff in compliance with SOPs.
• Provide clear instructions and conduct meetings; communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations issues or escalated donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and processing with Group Leaders.
• Ensure adequate staffing; monitor attendance, time cards, and overtime usage.
• Conduct investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in performance appraisals and coaching; maintain training files and certifications.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center staff.
• Promote compliance with company policies and procedures; support marketing initiatives to improve donor retention.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system; maintain data integrity.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; ensure supplies and forms availability; follow HSE and OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in other technical areas to meet business needs; bilingual skills may be required.
