CSL in the United States is seeking a Plasma Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections and adherence to SOPs.

You will report to the Center Manager and collaborate with group leaders to optimize donor flow, maintain training records, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing others.
Experience coordinating daily operations and staff.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Mansioni

Supervise center operations daily activities in accordance with SOPs and communicate expectations clearly.
Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times and processing.
Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching as needed; maintain training files.
Assist in recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
Adhere to company policies and promote compliance and safety.
Maintain accurate donor data and ensure data integrity in the donor information system.
