Job summary

CSL is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff. You will implement SOPs, provide clear directions, conduct meetings, and escalate donor issues when needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating donor movement, ensuring adequate staffing, maintaining training files, and supporting performance reviews. You may assist with recruiting, safety compliance, and data recording in the donor information system. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations following SOPs and provide clear directions.
• Facilitate donor movement and minimize wait times with center staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor overtime, attendance, and utilization.
• Conduct error investigations and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in performance appraisals, coaching, and maintaining training records.
• May assist with recruitment and center operations staff.
