Job summary

CSL is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead staff, manage donor flow, and coordinate with leadership to meet performance goals and safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. The position involves adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient collections.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, communicate performance expectations, and escalate donor issues.
• Coordinate with Group Leaders to minimize donor wait times and optimize movement.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance, overtime, and time cards.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Support performance appraisals and maintain training records and certifications.
• Assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Promote compliance with policies and OSHA/HSE procedures.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information management system.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor, and center information.
• Cross-train in technical areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required, at organization’s discretion.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
