CSL Auburn plasma center seeks a supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate with Group Leaders to manage donor flow and minimize wait times.

The role involves monitoring staffing levels, overtime, and time-keeping, conducting performance feedback, and assisting with training records and certifications.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily center operations and staff and communicate performance expectations.

Mansioni

• Supervise center operations daily activities in line with SOPs; give clear instructions and conduct meetings.
• Facilitate donor movement through the center to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance, overtime, and time-card procedures.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in performance evaluations, coaching, and maintaining training files.
