CSL Plasma in San Antonio is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient collections. You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate tasks across shifts.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, guiding performance expectations, training staff, and addressing donor issues. Cross-training across functions may be required, with emphasis on safety and accurate donor data handling.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
