Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Center Manager-level professional to oversee staff performance and scheduling while leading inventory control and donor relations at the Corpus Christi center. You will ensure smooth operations across Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing areas.

The role requires CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift; heavy lifting requirements (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
