Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee production-area staff and scheduling. You will report to the Center Manager and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining donor safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading inventory control, addressing donor concerns, and coordinating tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing. Strong teamwork and conflict resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception; monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
