Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing others.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities per SOPs.
• Facilitate donor movement minimizing wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance/OT.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the donor information system.
• Promote safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.
