Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a full-time supervisor for the Elyria, Ohio plasma center. This role oversees day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficiency in plasma collections and adherence to SOPs.

You will report to the Center Manager and may assist with recruitment and training as needed. Responsibilities include managing shift coverage, coaching performance, maintaining accurate donor data, and upholding Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in line with SOPs.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, overtime, and time-card procedures.
• Participate in performance appraisals and coaching actions with management.
• Assist in recruitment, training files, and certification status.
• Maintain donor data accuracy in the information management system.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and OSHA policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in all technical areas to meet business needs.
